Minutes of 3/19/12 Planning Board Meeting
Present: Jim Deming, Kathy Cowles, Tom Paine, Mike Kaminski
Meeting called to order by J Deming at 7:05 pm.
Scott Collins of Yankee Septic attended to ask questions concerning commercial operation on residential property of Ralph Morrison; board stated that our prior discussion what our prior meetingwith Ralph had pointed out – 1. 1. Home residence is not in place; and 2. Commercial is not allowed and specifically septic commercial is not allowed in the zoning by-laws. Clearly the opinion of the board isnot to allow such an operation. Mr Collins left with questions answered.
Boundary question on Schoolhouse Road has been sent to Jessica Kelmelis with additional papers from Bergland and she will follow up.
Maleek Haddad with the camp proposal on Beetle Road had been answered by Chairman Deming – 5 acres is not enough to consider a camp: 25 acre minimum is required.
Solar regulations to be considered at next meeting.
As there was no further business, meeting adjourned at 8:08.
